Yesterday we found out that Katherine will be representing her school at the State Interscholastic Academic Competition! She took 3rd place in the regional creative writing contest last month and was an alternate to go to the state competition. The 2nd place winner is unable to go, so Katherine will compete in her place. We are very proud of Katherine and know she will do a great job! Watch out JK Rowling! Only 4 days to go until we travel to Ohio! Tonight I will be making up a big batch of Sarah's special chicken nuggets to take with us. She has been on the ketogenic diet for seizures for the last 2 1/2 years but recently changed to the less restrictive modified Atkins diet for seizures.
